Charging FAQs
- Which cars can you charge?
- Any EV or plug-in hybrid with a CCS, NACS (Tesla), or J1772 port. We carry universal adapters so almost every modern EV is covered.
- Do you guarantee a full charge?
- We start charging as soon as your car is in our care, but the final level depends on your vehicle, software limits, weather, and how long you are parked. Targets are goals, not guarantees.
- Is it safe for my battery?
- We charge on Level 2 AC, the same everyday charging your home wallbox uses. For longer trips we recommend the 80% target, which is gentler on the battery.
- How much does it cost?
- Charging to 80% is $45 and to 100% is $65 as an add-on to any booking. ABCD Club members get included charging — see Membership.
