Disclaimers

Please read these disclaimers carefully. By booking a service you accept the terms below alongside our Conditions of Service.

1. Limited liability

Air Bound Car Detailing ("ABCD", "we", "us") takes reasonable care with every vehicle. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, mechanical or electrical faults, or any loss not directly and solely caused by our negligence.

2. If we cause damage

In the event damage is caused directly by ABCD while your vehicle is in our custody, our liability is limited to the applicable insurance excess (deductible) on our commercial policy. We will not be liable for amounts beyond that excess, nor for consequential, indirect, or incidental losses.

3. Pre-existing condition

We document the condition of each vehicle at drop-off. Any scratches, dents, chips, stains, or faults present at intake are excluded from any claim. You are responsible for disclosing known defects, including fragile trim, aftermarket parts, and wraps.

4. Personal items

Please remove valuables, electronics, cash, and documents before drop-off. ABCD is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.

5. EV charging

Charging is provided on a best-effort basis using compatible connectors. We are not liable for battery degradation, charging limits set by the vehicle, software locks, or a charge level not reaching the requested target due to vehicle, weather, or grid conditions.

6. Delays and scheduling

Service times are estimates. Flight changes, weather, and operational load may affect completion. ABCD is not liable for missed connections or downstream costs arising from delays.

7. No warranty

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as required by applicable law.
