Conditions of Service
These conditions apply to every booking with Air Bound Car Detailing (ABCD) and are read together with our Disclaimers.
1. Custody and keys
By handing over your keys you authorize ABCD to move, park, clean, and charge your vehicle on airport and partner premises for the duration of the booking. You confirm you are the owner or an authorized driver.
2. Bookings and pricing
Prices shown are estimates. The final price is confirmed at the kiosk after inspection. Add-ons selected at intake are charged at the listed rate. Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise.
3. Inspection at drop-off
A condition report is completed with you at drop-off. Signing or confirming the report establishes the agreed pre-existing condition of the vehicle for any future claim.
4. Insurance and excess
ABCD carries commercial insurance covering vehicles in our care. Where we are liable for damage we cause, our responsibility is limited to the insurance excess (deductible) on that policy. Claims must be raised at pickup, before the vehicle leaves our location.
5. EV charging conditions
EV charging requires a compatible port and an unlocked charging setting. You authorize us to connect and disconnect charging equipment. Charge targets (80% or 100%) are goals, not guarantees, and depend on the vehicle and conditions.
6. Cancellations and changes
You may reschedule or cancel up to the cut-off stated in your confirmation. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. Flight-aware changes are accommodated where operationally possible.
7. Right to refuse service
ABCD may decline or stop a service if a vehicle is unsafe, unfit, contaminated, or if requirements fall outside our scope. In such cases only completed work is charged.
8. Governing terms
These conditions are read together with our Disclaimers. If any clause is unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue in effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service is provided.
