We use your information to schedule and deliver services, send booking and SMS status updates, process payments, provide support, prevent fraud, and improve our service. With your consent we may send offers and ABCD Club updates.
3. SMS and communications
By providing your phone number you agree to receive transactional messages about your booking (drop-off, status, pickup). Marketing messages are opt-in and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
4. Payment data
Card payments are handled by PCI-compliant third-party processors. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate (payments, SMS, scheduling, analytics), with airport or parking partners where required to deliver service, or when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
6. Vehicle photos
We capture condition photos at drop-off and pickup to document vehicle state. These are retained for claim and quality purposes and handled in line with this policy.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.
